Shri Rameshwarlal Jagannath Kabra
Chairman Emeritus
Shri Rameshwarlal Kabra is the Group Chairman of RR Global and Chairman Emeritus of the Company. He has an experience of over 52 years as an industrialist in Enamelled Copper Winding Wire Industry and has always been a guiding support for the Company.
He was honoured with the prestigious Padma Shri Award for his significant contribution in the field of Trade & Industry by the President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind in the year 2018.
Shri Tribhuvanprasad Rameshwarlal Kabra
Chairman
Shri Tribhuvanprasad Rameshwarlal Kabra is the Chairman of the Company and is a pioneer of the RR Global Group, having 46 years of wide experience as an Industrialist in wire, cable and electrical industry with splendid knowledge and experience as entrepreneur. He is also serving as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Company.
Shri Kabra has also served as Director of Winding Wires Manufacturers Association of India and is also serving as a Director in various Group Companies of RR Global.
Shri Mahendrakumar Rameshwarlal Kabra
Managing Director
Shri Mahendrakumar Rameshwarlal Kabra is a Licentiate Mechanical Engineer and Industrialist with an experience of 35 years in the wire, cable and electrical industry. He is a perfectionist in extrusion line, installation and enameled wires. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and currently serving as Managing Director of the Company along with Board membership of several group Companies of RR Global Group. He is also member of Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
Shri Kabra is also serving as Director of Winding Wires Manufacturers Association of India and was associated as director of Omnibus Industrial Development Corporation of Daman and Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli Limited.
Shri Hemant Mahendrakumar Kabra
President & CFO (Executive Director)
Shri Hemant Mahendrakumar Kabra is a young entrepreneur designated as President & CFO (Executive Director) of the Company. He has been serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2014 and is playing a key role to the growth and developments of the Company. He is also on the Board of various Group Companies of RR Global and is founder of BGauss Auto Pvt. Ltd., a leading electric two-wheeler auto company. With more than 14 years of experience, he has strong domain knowledge of finance, marketing, industrial and consumer product business with distinct focus on strategy, growth and execution.
He is also member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee & Finance Committee of the Company.
Shri Ramesh Chandak
Independent Director
Shri Ramesh Chandak is the CEO of RDC Business Advisory, which provides individualized leadership coaching, strategy, succession planning and management services. Prior to starting his Advisory practice, he was the MD & CEO of KEC International Limited. He has had a successful career spanning over 42 years across Engineering, infrastructure edible oils and textiles industries having global corporate experience working in India, Malaysia and USA. He currently serves on the Boards of various listed companies and not for profit organizations. He is a recipient of CA Business leader Award in 2008 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a former President of Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association (IEEMA).
He is also serving as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and as a Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
Smt. Payal Agarwal
Independent Director
Smt. Payal Agarwal is a professional Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – USA, having 18 years of experience in the field of finance, accounts, secretarial and regulatory fields. She is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
Smt. Agarwal is working as Chief Financial Officer of GEE Limited, a leading welding consumable company. She was also associated with Amul Hosiery and KPMG Consultants in the Corporate finance department.
Shri Ankit Kedia
Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director)
Shri Ankit Kedia is an award-winning Indian Entrepreneur, best known as the former Promoter Director at Manjushree Technopack Limited. Having grown up in an enterprising family of entrepreneurs, Shri Kedia graduated from Western Michigan University with a business degree in Food marketing and then went on to complete his post-graduation from the prestigious SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
Shri Kedia was instrumental in taking Manjushree to a leadership position and built a blue chip clientele including Reckitt Benckiser, Philips, Nivea, Unilever, Coca-Cola and others. He also designed a robust key account management program to drive to take the sales to $200M+ before divesting to a PE fund in 2018, at a record valuation. He currently runs Capital- A, an early stage Venture Capital fund as well as dons the hat of an entrepreneur with his new venture in paper cups manufacturing.
