Shri Rameshwarlal Kabra is the Group Chairman of RR Global and Chairman Emeritus of the Company. He has an experience of over 5 Decades as an industrialist in Enamelled Copper Winding Wire Industry and has always been a guiding support for the Company.
He was honoured with the prestigious Padma Shri Award for his significant contribution in the field of Trade & Industry by the President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind in the year 2018.

Shri Ramesh Chandak is a Chartered Accountant & and also completed his Advanced management Program from Harvard Business School. In his advisory practice he helps companies to achieve significant and sustained performance improvement. Prior to starting advisory practice in 2015 he was the MD & CEO of KEC international Ltd., a two billion USD diversified engineering company. His career over four decades spans across working in USA, Malaysia, and India. He has been associated with various industries such as textiles, edible oil, NBFC and engineering. He is recipient of CA Business Leader Corporate Award by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also served as the President of Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association of India (IEEMA) and Maheshwari Vidya Pracharak Mandal, Pune (MVPM)
He is Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.

Shri Sanjay Agarwal is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant and alumnus of Harvard Business School (Advanced Management Program). He has over 25 + years of experience as a successful Investment Banker, Chief Financial Officer and Operations Leader delivering stellar results. Agile, global strategic leader driving operations within sales, business development and finance areas, particularly adept at driving growth through M&A, JV’s and streamlining Finances & Business Operations productively.
Executive Director
Shri Sumeet Kabra is an engineering graduate with a certificate in Advanced Marketing Strategy from IIM Kozhikode and an alumnus of S. P. Jain School of Business. He is a creative entrepreneur with a visionary approach to startups and business ventures & has a business experience of nearly two decades.
His latest endeavour is MSH Venture LLP, launched three years ago to explore investment opportunities in budding startups across diverse industries. He has been recognized as an Emerging Business Leader at WCRC, London in 2014, and received the Young Leader award by SPJIMR “SPANDAN” Alumni Awards in 2018.

Shri Hitesh Laxmichand Vaghela is a strategic and visionary leader and has steered Global Copper Private Limited (GCPL), erstwhile material subsidiary of the Company (now merged with the Company as per the Scheme of Amalgamation) to new heights since 2014 and as a global powerhouse in the copper tube manufacturing industry with a focus on technological innovation, strategy and customer satisfaction.
Shri Vaghela has experience of more than one decade in the copper tube industry and has cultivated valuable alliances with key industry players to enhance technological capabilities and market reach.

Ashok Goel is a serial entrepreneur with various businesses. Currently he is investing in different businesses of finance, manufacturing and start-ups focused more on ventures which have positive social and environmental impact. As Chairman of Pan India Paryatan Pvt Ltd. He oversees the management of EsselWorld, the largest amusement park in the country and Water Kingdom, one of the largest Theme Water Parks in Asia.
He was Chairman and Managing Director of Essel Propack Limited (now called EPL Ltd) until 2019 when Shri Goel divested his majority stake. Under his leadership, EPL has been ranked no. 1 in laminated tubes in the world and holds a particularly strong position in emerging economies of India and China. He is actively involved in charitable & philanthropic causes.

Shri Ankit Kedia is an award-winning Indian Entrepreneur, best known as the former Promoter Director at Manjushree Technopack Limited. Having grown up in an enterprising family of entrepreneurs, Shri Kedia graduated from Western Michigan University with a business degree in Food marketing and then went on to complete his post-graduation from the prestigious SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
Shri Kedia was instrumental in taking Manjushree to a leadership position and built a blue chip clientele including Reckitt Benckiser, Philips, Nivea, Unilever, Coca-Cola and others. He also designed a robust key account management program to drive to take the sales to $200M+ before divesting to a PE fund in 2018, at a record valuation. He currently runs Capital- A, an early stage Venture Capital fund as well as dons the hat of an entrepreneur with his new venture in paper cups manufacturing.

Shri Hemant Mahendrakumar Kabra is a young entrepreneur designated as Joint Managing Director of the Company, he was formerly the President and CFO of the Company.
He is also on the Board of various Group Companies of RR Global and is founder of BGauss Auto Pvt. Ltd., a leading electric two-wheeler auto company. With more than 14 years of experience, he has strong domain knowledge of finance, marketing, industrial and consumer product business with distinct focus on strategy, growth and execution.
He is also member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Finance & Allotment Committee of the Company.
Managing Director
Shri Mahendrakumar Rameshwarlal Kabra is a Licentiate Mechanical Engineer and Industrialist with an extensive experience in the wire, cable and electrical industry. He is a perfectionist in extrusion line, installation and enameled wires. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and currently serving as Managing Director of the Company.
